Although our Cousin Jackson was the star of the show (he was the baby Jesus), Tyler and Susie were adorable characters in our Christmas nativity.
After a little coaxing, Tyler finally decided to put on his shepherd costume. 
And, Susie was the angel.
After the nativity story, we all shared talents with each other. Our family sang Away in a Manger and Families Can Be Together Forever. Tyler was definately the star of the talent show. He sang his heart out. At the end of Away in a Manger we sang an extra chorus that goes, "Asleep. Asleep. Asleep. Asleep. Asleep the Savior in a stall..." Tyler belted out, "Basweep. Basweep...." After first learning the song, we couldn't get him to disconnect his words. We eventually stopped trying and thought it would make the talent even more memorable with his "basweeps".
