Our pathetic attempt to take a picture of Tyler and Susan in their Christmas clothes...this picture definately doesn't show how cute their outfits are (or how cute the kids are!). Tyler loves to take pictures, but has started smiling akwardly and doesn't always look at the camera when he says, "Cheese!" This can become frustrating to the photographer, and Tyler gets even more frustrated when we stop taking pictures!
We bribed Tyler to take a nap by telling him were going to make a gingerbread house with treats. The second he popped up from his nap he started saying, "House and treats!" We were going to wait until after dinner to build the house, but had to follow through with our promise which he unfortunately remembered. He had lots of fun decorating the house with candy.
Tyler, of course, couldn't resist the candy! What a fun Christmas activity!
Tyler was very excited about some presents we received in the mail from Grandpa Keith and Grandma Megan. He pulls them out from underneath the tree all the time and asks to open them. He doesn't know what Christmas is yet...but he definately knows what presents are! He even knows that Santa Claus will bring him presents. It is going to be a fun Christmas with him!
Well, this isn't really a Christmas picture. I just had to insert a cute picture of Susie. She is such a ham!

So much fun! I love hearing about all the things tyler is saying and the fun things you guys are doing. I am impressed by your gingerbread house. Tyler looks really cute sitting under the christmas tree wearing his byu shirt. I can't wait to see you guys. I am excited to finally meet susan. Too bad you couldn't bring the train set, it sounds like tyler really loves it.
