Wow! Kevin actually took a day off of work! We were so excited to have our husband and dad home! We decided to take advantage of our three day weekend and visit Grandma and Grandpa for the day.
We think they enjoyed our company. Atleast we hope they did. I'm sure a crying baby (yes, I had to leave Susie for a moment with Kevin while I ran to the grocery store to buy wipes--we forgot them at home--and she cried the entire time) and a terrible two-ser are a bit overwhelming. But, Grandma and Grandpa are good sports and I think they really do appreciate our visits.
After a long drive home and naps for both kids, Tyler was ready to play. Our neighbors were outside riding bikes when we returned. We let Tyler ride his big wheel up and down our cul-de-sac with them. He had so much fun.
He has a lot of fun with our neighbors. We think he might even learn some Spanish because the little boy doesn't know English yet! Good thing Tyler doesn't care about that. He is such a social butterfly with other kids and thinks everyone he meets is his friend.
