Last year we started a tradition of coloring Easter Eggs with Great Grandma and Great Grandpa. We figured that Grandpa would really enjoy our company this Easter. He was excited for our visit and even boiled a dozen eggs to share with us! Tyler was very, very excited to color Easter Eggs this year. He held the egg coloring kit box for a good portion of the drive up to see Great Grandpa.
Susie enjoyed sucking on the eggs and anything else she could get into her mouth.
Tyler had a lot of fun with the markers and stamps that came in our egg coloring kit. He was very friendly with Great Grandpa and loved telling him the colors he was using and showing him the pictures he was coloring and stamping on his eggs.

looks like you guys had tons of fun! I am glad that you got to do this with Grandpa...he may not be a man of many words, but I am sure it meant so much to him. I glad you guys are close enough you can see him once in awhile. I am sure that helps to give him something to look forward to and something to break up his day while you are there. I love the smile on Tyler's face in the picture with the eggs at the end! So cute! Happy Easter!
