Wow! 27 feels so old! I really can't believe I was starting my senior year of high school almost 10 years ago! Seriously. Where does the time go?
We had a fun time celebrating my birthday and Janae's birthday at home. We ate grilled salmon, lime rice (Cafe Rio style), carrots, and strawberry pretzel salad for dinner. Rachael (my littlest sister-in-law) baked a birthday cake for the birthday girls. It was pretty awesome--it had a volcano, a rock climbing wall, a river, and a water fall. Basically, it fell apart as she was assembling it because it was undercooked. I loved it anyways. It's been a long time since anyone made me a birthday cake. Janae helped the kids make me birthday cards and they were very cute. She asked them all sorts of questions about me and recorded them in the card. I also received lots of cards, a loaf of zuchinni bread from Kneaders, and some bracelets made by Alyssa.
Happy Birthday to me! Stay tuned for many more celebrations over the next couple of months.

Happy birthday Amy and Aunt Janae! Hope you guys had a super day! Your birthday dinner sounds like it was scrumptious!
Happy belated birthday! Looks like you are all doing well in UT. I can't believe how old your kids are getting -- wow!
Re. Mother's Day - Corwin loved it this year too, and even said that he liked it better than Christmas! He was hoping we'd get Mother's Day two Sundays in a row. :)
