A visit from Marc & Michelle...

About a month ago, Michelle, Marc, Jackson, and Bennett arrived for a visit during their break from school. As always, it was a week packed full of lots of fun, lots of conversation, and lots of fighting and crying (thanks to the little ones). We especially had fun in the pool. After a long streak of rainy weather, we finally had about three days of pure sun and heat. Susie has become especially comfortable in the pool and is happy to float around with only arm floaties. A few days after Marc and Michelle left, she started jumping off the side of the pool. And now she will even jump off the diving board all by herself (with floaties on, of course). It is so fun to watch my brave little girl! It appears her only fear about the water are the dead bugs floating around. She screams very loudly if one gets too close to her!
