Now that Tyler is a Cub Scout, we attend Pack Meetings each month (that is where all the scouts from our ward and neighboring ward meet, families attend, awards are distributed, and all the boys participate in an activity together). September's activity was the Raingutter Regata.
We researched boats online to see which ones were supposed to sail the fastest. We created what we thought might be the fastest boat. However, the boys have to blow on the sail to make it GO. When it came down to it, the blowing ability of the Scout had a greater effect on the speed of the boat than how the boat was sanded or the sail was shaped.
Tyler ended up doing pretty average. :)
