Starting with Mother's Day and not ending until the 30th of July, our family has many special days to celebrate. Last week was Mother's Day. Today is Kevin's birthday. In just over two weeks is my birthday, then Father's Day, our Anniversary, Tyler's birthday, and Susie's birthday. Also, all our parents' birthdays and anniversaries fall within this time period as well (Tyler and my dad share a birthday and Kevin's mom and I share a birthday). For almost 3 months at the beginning of each summer, we party, party, party!
This weekend, we celebrated Kevin's birthday. We started the weekend out with a bang by attending a Giants-A's baseball game. It was at the Oakland Colliseum and unfortunately, it was a blow out for the Giants. Oh well, we had lots of fun and the kids were great!
We let Kevin decide what he wanted to do for the remainder of the weekend. Guess what he chose---to play the X-box all weekend long!
Kevin appreciated that I didn't try to stuff 29 candles onto his scoop of homemade ice cream. I thought I'd wait until next year when he turns the big 30!

Happy Birthday Kevin...sorry I always forget, but seeing that my birthday fall completely out of the range of celebration, I should be expecteing a huge gift right? (Just kidding)
Amy, by the way, my last day of work is August 3rd, so I'm free to come out after that before I move away.

Also, the best day of the year (july 9th) falls during that time period as well! Of course, it just so happened that Me, Craig, and Jackson somehow were all fortunate enough to be born on that day as well! Cheerio.
