In continuance of our season of celebrations is my birthday! What a great day! I actually feel as though I have been celebrating my special day for almost a week now. Last Thursday I got out of the house and left the kids with Kevin for 2 hours! I finally found someone who does hair for an affordable price and had my hair cut and colored for only $10 more than the last hair cut I received. Then, on Saturday morning we all went to the mall. Kevin took the kids for a couple of hours and let me shop all by myself. On Monday night our neighbor watched out kids for us (for free-yay!) and we went to Black Angus. Not only did we have a gift card, but also Black Angus gives you a free entree for your birthday with the purchase of another entree when you sign up for their Prime Club online. We had a yummy dinner. Unfortunately we forgot our camera and this is the only picture we have from the night.

On my real birthday (today), I received flowers from my dad and Megan. And we had fresh peach pie for dessert. Kevin had to put 25 candles on my pie because it was a "monumental" birthday.

I made my wish!

Hi Amy,
Sounds like your Birthday week was Fantastic! I like your hair cut and color, perfect for summer!
Alyssa likes your shirt but I think the green jumper is very cute, I wish I could see the whole outfit. :-) You are always very stylish, what a cute mom!

Looks like you had a really fun birthday! Your hair looks great! I love getting a cut and color...they are just far between because of how pricey they can be. :) I love your shirt! It is soooo cute! Did you get that while you were shopping by yourself? You did a great job picking it out, I have a really hard time pick clothes out by myself...so way to go!
