My sister-in-law, Michelle, tagged me and now I'm supposed to list 7 different facts about myself; funny, random, silly, whatever. Then I will choose 7 new people to tag. If you are tagged, then please list the rules when you post.
Don't feel obligated to read to the end, I don't live a very exciting life...
1. I have recently taken up jogging (I’ve really tried to get into an eat nutritiously and exercise regularly routine to keep my heart healthy.) To keep myself entertained while jogging, I have started listening to books on ipod. I just finished Confessions of a Shopaholic. At first the books were purely for entertainment. Now, the books actually motivate me to get out and run. It’s been a great way to pass the time while I sweat.
2. I love my children very much and feel guilty whenever I am angry with them. But, I really look forward to bedtime every night. It is the one time of the day that I control—I can decide to stay up really late and relax with a good book or movie. Or, I can go to sleep early and not be bothered by children waking from naps. I love bedtime more than any other time of the day.
3. I do not own my dream camera. Nor do I own photoshop. But, someday I will learn to photograph my children and digital scrapbook. For now, both a camera and photoshop are too expensive. Plus, in order for photoshop to work well, we need a new computer. When I put the trial on our old laptop, it was on the verge of breaking down. So until we have about $5000 and nothing to do with it (when is that ever going to happen??) I will be able to pursue my next hobby.
4. I have learned more than I ever could have imagined as a mother of 2 kiddos. I know I was way too high strung when Tyler was a baby. I did not like to mess up his routine because it made him a more difficult baby. Now that I'm trying to entertain a 3 year old all day long, entertainment comes before routine. Susie often misses her morning nap because we are out-and-about trying to break up our monotonous life. I guess parenting styles evolve as you add more kids--what works with one doesn't work with two. And, that's okay.
5. I am an amateur quilter with limited free time to actually sit down and work on a quilt. Hopefully as Susie grows older I will find more time to devote to my sewing machine. Until then, I enjoy imagining what type of quilt I will make next.
6. I enjoy cooking and baking, but I think I would enjoy it even more if I had all the time in the world to actually focus on it. I love using allrecipes.com or tasteofhome.com to search for new recipes. A recent winner at our house was Sensational Sirloin Kabobs. I have also been trying to bake and freeze foods for our kids to eat for breakfast (zucchini bread, muffins, breakfast cookies, and granola bars). I have been trying to cut out processed foods and get rid of all the junky, artificial foods at our house.
7. I love family. I love Kevin and our kids. I wish we could live closer to our extended family. We miss being near family every day. Hopefully someday we will be able to live close to family. Until then, I appreciate the good friends and neighbors that I have close by.
Okay. There's my list. Now it's my turn to tag 7 more people. So, I tag Alyssa C., Megan W., Heidi K., Kelley H., and I guess I have nobody else to tag. So, I guess I've tagged 4 people.

The post states:
I'm supposed to list 7 different facts about myself; funny, random, silly, whatever. Then I will choose 7 new people to tag.
Those 7 new people are supposed to list 7 different facts about them--funny, random, silly, whatever. Then they choose 7 new people. Got it?
Hey, it was fun reading your seven things. Sounds like life is good right now. I can't wait to see you guys in a couple days.
