Oops...I didn't realize how long it had been since I last blogged. Much has been going on, and we've been enjoying a 2 1/2 week break from school that we have tried to treat as a vacation (or should I say "stay-cation"). On April 27th, Michelle (my sister-in-law) arrived with her two kids in tow. Family continued to trickle in as the week progressed in preparation for Ryan and Brittney's wedding on May 2nd. The kids enjoyed seeing their cousins. Susie especially loved baby Bennett--all she wanted to do was hold him every chance she got. Tyler and Jackson played especially well together. Susie and Jackson, on the other hand, played very well for maybe 2 hours of the entire trip. I found them looking at each others' "ouchies" while sitting on my bed during their 2 hour friendship, and I was actually able to snap a cute picture of the uncommon sight. I wish they could just get along, but I guess that's only to be expected with 2 year olds...especially when Susie is an excellent drama queen and really plays the role of victim like a pro.

I was about to Facebook you today and ask you where the heck you have been!!! :) Cause I miss seeing what you guys have been up to. That is fun that family has been around and you got to see Michelle and Bennett.
ps. Did you cut your bangs?...I saw a picture of you on Facebook at the wedding...WAY cute!
