Wow! Our "preemie" is getting bigger and bigger everyday! Her biggest milestone at 3 months is her ability to sleep through the night. Not only does she sleep through the night, but she sleeps in too! There have been a few times when I have actually woken her up at 11 in the morning (after going to bed at 7pm the night before). I have never had a child sleep this well. Both my other kids were going from 7 to 7 by this age. But, that was stretching it. Sleeping in until 11...it's been heavenly! And, her day time naps are still amazing. I went in to wake her up one morning before church and found her sucking on her thumb. So cute. :) I think this is why she sleeps so well. She soothes herself back to sleep whenever she starts to stir. I'm hoping the thumb sucking doesn't cause any problems in the far off future... Oh well. I'll take my happy, good sleeper for now. Can never get enough of her sweet baby smiles. :)

• 3 months old
• Eats 6 ounces (180ml) of formula every 4 hours; takes 30 minutes to finish a bottle.
• Spit up is getting a little more prevalent...probably caused by the large amount of formula she takes in. However, 24 ounces through the course of the day is pretty much a minimum that she should be eating. The only way to get that much in is by making each bottle 6 ounces.
  
• Very good sleeper. Her morning and afternoon nap are always atleast 3 hours long (sometimes she'll sleep as long as 5 hours!). Yay!
  
• Sleeps for at least 12 hours every night. More commonly sleeps about 14, and sometimes I wake her up as late as 11 am.
• Mostly calm and happy :)
• Never takes a pacifier. Uses her thumb to soothe herself in bed and while awake.
  
• So smiley and starting to become very vocal!
• We love our sweet baby Amyah so much! She has been such a blessing in our lives!
