Wii Play!

My grandparents very generously gave us their very lightly used Wii when they came for Thanksgiving. We've played it a bit since, but only had the basic games that came with the console. The kids each received a remote and a game from Santa for Christmas (Tyler received Mario Kart & Susie received Just Dance 3).

Here are some pictures of them playing Mario Kart over break. They were still just learning how to play....



Tyler pretty much creams us all whenever we play now. Susie isn't doing too bad herself. She often comes in 5th or 6th place and even places 1st sometimes!

I love Just Dance and pretty dominate whenever I play. :) I guess I'm finally putting my junior high cheerleading skills and elementary age dance lessons to good use! Sometimes I'll put all my effort into it and count it as a workout if we play for long enough.

It is fun to actually enjoy the same activities as my kids. They are getting so old! So am I...
