...with Amyah

So, I bought this cute suit for Amyah to wear in the pool. And, what do you know? We only used it one time! Dang! What a waste of money! On top of that, she really made no reaction to the water, so I felt no need to bring her in it again. It was too much work without any reward. No smiles or signs of enjoyment. I'd have to say, however, she certainly made a cute swimming baby.

I especially love this picture. She looks so cuddly!

As for the other kids, they have made lots of progress in their swimming this summer. Susie especially. She went from a "starfish" to a "shark" in just a couple months time. By the end of summer, Susie could back float, tread water, and swim like a swordfish (face down, hands out in front like a swordfish). She is very graceful in the water! It has been a lot of fun to watch the progression.
